Please contact Koru Medical Clinic on 09 407 4220 to make a telephone Doctors appointment and obtain a script. They will also dispense and courier the CBD.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SCRIPT FROM YOUR OWN GP, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
Please request the following information on the script, and have them contact the pharmacy, as follows:
1. Mitte 3-months (so you can get repeats up to 3-months)
2. Generic cannabinoid substitution allowed (brands available vary)
3. Select Unichem Taumarunui Pharmacy as the dispensing pharmacy
